MINSK, 21 March (BelTA) – Belarus' world number 249 Uladzimir Ignatik has secured a second win at the 2019 Zhangjiagang International Challenger in China, BelTA has learned.
In the round of Last 16 the Belarusian defeated Australia's world number 300 Andrew Harris 6-2, 7-5. In the quarterfinal Uladzimir Ignatik will face World No.223 Viktor Galovic of Croatia. In the opener the Belarusian secured a confident win over World No.286 Goncalo Oliveira of Portugal 6-3, 6-2.
In Miami, Belarus' world number 110 Ilya Ivashka won the first set against Italy's world number 90 Thomas Fabbiano 6-4. In the middle of the second set with the Italian leading 3-0 the match was postponed till later on the day. In the women's singles event Belarus' Vera Lapko (World No.64) and
